The cancellation charge may be applicable as per below conditions:
• If cancellation is done more than 3 hours prior to the pick-up time: No Cancellation Charges will be levied.
• If cancellation is done within 3 hours to the pick-up time: A Cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount as cancellation charges shall be applicable
Refund Policy
As per the cancellation policy, the refund will be processed. It may take 5 to 6 business working days and bank to bank transaction days for the refund to reflect into your account.
